I would highly recommend Alan Cooper if you need to sell your house.
I want to give a special thank you to Gemma who I had the most dealings with. Gemma is so friendly and sent regular emails to keep me up to date from viewings to the very end when the contracts were exchanged.

We have used various estate agents before and Alan Coopers are by far the best estate agents we have ever used or dealt with. Alan Coopers made the whole process so much easier, the valuation was spot on, the photos portrayed the property perfectly, they were brilliant at communicating with us, the solicitors and others in the chain, pushing along the sale and purchase when necessary. I sold my house with Alan Cooper in less then 3 weeks of putting it on the market ( it was a bad time to sell) .Alan, Charlotte and the team were beyond supportive throughout the entire process, they gave me consistant updates regarding the chain below and solictor contact across the board. Excellent service, from initial valuation through every aspect of the support the firm provided.

Reasonable fees.

At all times, it felt as if staff had time for us and wanted to help us.

Perhaps most important, the business ‘works’ – each time I rang up, I could get sensible answers from whoever answered the phone. There was none of the ‘Fred is dealing with that, you’ll have to ring back when he is in.’
